However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Timberstacking a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Timberstacking to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms. You agree that your User-Generated Content will not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

Timberstacking reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

7. Payment Terms

10. Termination

Timberstacking may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
